1 Description American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a Level III Trauma teaching hospital, requiring ARRT certification and 2+ years of IR experience. Details Interventional Radiology unit within a short-term acute care, Level III Trauma teaching hospital 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with variable scheduling Weekend and call rotation required Must be willing to float within the hospital or affiliated campuses based on staffing needs Charting is done in Epic Requirements ARRT certification required Minimum of 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience required Active state or Compact license required for consideration (license required if applicable) Must obtain ACLS certification and pass the EKG exam prior to start SSN and DOB required for consideration No background or license actions within the past 12 months Additional Information Scrubs provided First-time travelers accepted Local candidates within 50 miles of the main campus are not eligible Maximum of 4 days RTO permitted, with additional restrictions at manager's discretion Only one major holiday RTO request permitted Radiology assignments are exempt from standard extension limits Former employees must be separated from the facility for at least one year before returning as a traveler All callouts for scheduled shifts will be required to be made up as deemed necessary by the department
