POSITION PURPOSE
The Cardiac Sonographer position is responsible for assisting the Physician and other associated healthcare professionals with the diagnosis and development of treatment plans for patients. The position requires performing all duties independently with minimal supervision.MINIMUM MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
One (1) year of Cardiac Sonography Echocardiology (ECHO) Knowledge of Picture Achieving and Communication System (PACS) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR)Education:
Associate's Degree from an accredited school or college program in Echo or SonographyLICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
Current State of New Mexico Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Program Licensure (NMMIRT) American Registry for Diagnostics Medical Sonography (ARDMS or RDCS) for a minimum of one (1) registry and/or Ultrasound Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and/or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred qualifications A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Cardiac Sonographer Associate's Degree or further education in related discipline Apply Share Facebook Email Twitter LinkedInBenefits
