1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist with 2+ years of experience in EP and vascular procedures for a 13-week assignment at an acute care Level II Trauma hospital. Details Acute care hospital setting with a 242-bed Level II Trauma designation Cardiac Cath Lab unit with 2 procedure rooms Average of 6-8 cases per day Procedures include EP and vascular cases requiring the ability to simultaneously pan and scrub
EMR:
Epic (experience required) GE Maclab equipment used (experience required) 4x10-hour day shifts, Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-5:00 PM Rotating template with a 4-day weekend every fifth week On-call requirement of 7-8 days per 5-week cycle, including one weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Requirements Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience, including EP and vascular procedures Active ARRT certification, BLS, and ACLS required — pending certifications will not be accepted GE Maclab experience required Ability to simultaneously pan and scrub Active state or compact (NLC) license required if applicable — pending licenses will not be accepted Valid driver's license required for consideration 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire Additional Information Candidates who have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity Health facility within the past year are not eligible — candidates employed PRN through outside firms will be considered Orientation is 12 hours Local candidates are accepted for this position
