70 paid time off United States, Wisconsin, Janesville Apr 20, 2026 Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs functions of Cardiac Catheterization Tech I. Assists Cardiologist during diagnostic cardiac catheterization, but has additional knowledge and skills to assist during complex coronary interventional procedures utilizing adjunctive therapies in the treatment of coronary artery disease. Assists in the maintenance of cath lab inventory. Assists with training and orientation of new staff. Assists with development, review and implementation of policies and procedures. Participates in Quality Assessment and Improvement. May be required to work flexible hours and overtime during peak periods. Participates in the on-call roster. Performs other duties as assigned by the Cath Lab Coordinator or Heart Program Director. Education and Experience Graduate of an AMA accredited Radiologic Technology program or equivalent Two years experience as Cardiac Catheterization Tech I or equivalent Certification and Licensure AART registered or registry eligible Wisconsin State Radiology Technologist License Cardiovascular Technologist registered or registry eligible BLS Certification ACLS Certification (preferred) Skills and Abilities Strong analytical/interpretive skills Strong interpersonal/communication skills High level of attention to detail in view of highly sophisticated equipment Knowledge of and ability to safely utilize coronary interventional modalities Special Physical Demands While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must be able to wear 15-pound lead apron. Level of Supervision N/A Supervises This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
