Job Description This position will serve as a liaison between donor families and the Legacy of Hope (LOH), UAB, as well as donor hospitals. The Aftercare Coordinator will act as a conduit through which all anonymous mail between donor families and recipients is channeled, and will also assist donor families through the grieving process, while maintaining good rapport and professionalism with all clients and coworkers.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree and one (1) year experience in program development and implementation. Previous counseling experience.

Preferred:

Degree in Psychology/Master's in Counseling.
