Synergy Clinical Care Coordinator The Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC) is in charge of hiring, motivating, and retaining our caregivers as well as communicating care needs from our clinical partners to our caregiver team. They will be in charge of improving hiring processes and hiring caregivers that will fit in with Synergy Core Values, Mission and Vision. Once hired the CCC will work with our internal team to reward, motivate, retain, and hold the caregivers accountable with constructive criticism as needed. The CCC will
