Job Description
Treatment Coordinator - Orthodontics KD Orthodontics is seeking an experienced, energetic, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. If you have a passion for creating exceptional patient experiences and helping families begin their smile journey, we'd love to meet you! Pay $21.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience) Monthly bonus incentives based on performance and office goals Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator experience (required) Strong knowledge of orthodontic treatment planning and case presentation Excellent communication and sales skills Experience discussing financial arrangements and payment options Ability to build trust and rapport with patients and parents Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with orthodontic practice management software is preferred Responsibilities Welcome and guide new patients through the consultation process Present treatment plans and financial options with confidence Follow up with unscheduled treatment plans and pending spouse/family approvals Make welcome calls and new patient follow-up calls Track and manage treatment coordinator dashboard metrics Coordinate referrals, doctor letters, and outside clearance letters Schedule patient appointments and ensure a smooth start to treatment Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to provide an outstanding patient experience Help achieve monthly treatment acceptance goals What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Positive and enthusiastic Goal-oriented and motivated by incentives Professional and dependable A team player with excellent customer service skills Passionate about helping patients achieve confident smiles Benefits Competitive hourly pay Monthly performance bonuses Paid Holidays Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive and fun team environment If you're an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator who enjoys connecting with patients and thrives in a results-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.
