We are seeking someone with a strong sales background who is confident presenting treatment, discussing financial options, overcoming objections, following up with prospective patients, and turning opportunities into successful treatment starts. The Opportunity As our Treatment Coordinator, you will be a key part of the patient journey—from the first visit through treatment acceptance and ongoing follow-up.
You will:
Coordinate all new patient examinations (NPE) and pre-treatment patients . Create an exceptional first impression through confirmation calls, NPE tours, Meet & Greets, and personalized patient experiences. Conduct patient and doctor briefings prior to examinations. Present orthodontic treatment with confidence, enthusiasm, and a consultative sales approach. Clearly communicate the value and benefits of treatment to patients and families. Present financial options and confidently guide patients through the investment in their treatment. Identify patient concerns, answer questions, overcome objections, and help patients move forward with treatment. Complete treatment-start paperwork and facilitate a smooth transition from consultation to treatment. Follow up consistently with patients who are not yet ready to start, using phone calls, emails, invitations, and our Pending System. Manage and grow our Observation (OBS) Program and Kids Club , ensuring every patient has a future appointment. Build relationships with patients, families, and referring dental professionals. Monitor NPE and OBS activity and proactively help keep the schedule full. Track follow-up activity and results according to practice protocols. Participate in daily team meetings, reporting, monthly/annual planning, and practice-growth initiatives. Partner with our Marketing Team on internal and external campaigns, events, referral programs, and community outreach. Help ensure every area of the practice reflects the high standard of care we provide. Sales-driven and goal-oriented Confident asking for the sale and helping patients make decisions An excellent verbal communicator and active listener Skilled at building rapport and establishing trust quickly Comfortable presenting treatment and financial options Experienced in overcoming objections and navigating difficult conversations Persistent and effective with follow-up Highly organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at different stages Self-motivated, accountable, and competitive in a healthy way Warm, energetic, positive, and genuinely people-oriented Passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience Excited about building a career in orthodontics Previous experience in consultative sales, healthcare sales, dental/orthodontic sales, luxury sales, membership sales, or another relationship-based sales environment is highly valued.
