We are a thriving private dental practice in Cypress, CA , and we're looking for an energetic, motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our team and grow with us! We have a great group of caring team members, loyal patients, and a positive work environment. We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and gets excited about helping patients move forward with the dental care they need. What You'll Do As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll play an important role in both the patient experience and the continued growth of our practice. You'll work closely with our doctors, patients, and team to make sure treatment plans are entered accurately, clearly presented, and thoroughly explained. Our goal is for every patient to understand their treatment, feel comfortable with their financial options, and feel confident moving forward with care. A major focus of this position is case acceptance and helping patients say YES to the treatment they need! Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: Friendly & personable

• You take initiative and don't need to be constantly managed. Knowledgeable about dentistry
• Dental experience is highly preferred, but being a fast and motivated learner is just as important. A team player
