We are seeking an experienced, organized, and patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing practice. This is a key front office position for someone who is confident discussing treatment, navigating dental insurance, and creating an outstanding patient experience from start to finish. What You'll Do Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression. Coordinate patient scheduling to maximize provider productivity. Prepare, present, and explain treatment plans with confidence and compassion. Confirm insurance benefits, obtain pre-authorizations, and clearly communicate patient financial responsibilities. Review and maintain accurate electronic patient records. Process payments, answer billing questions, and manage patient accounts. Answer incoming calls professionally and assist patients with scheduling and general inquiries. Partner with doctors, hygienists, and clinical team members to ensure a seamless patient experience. Maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming front office. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience (required). Strong knowledge of PPO and HMO dental insurance, treatment planning, and patient financing. Experience with dental practice management software and electronic health records. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Outstanding organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
