We are looking for a Referral Coordinator. Prefer someone outgoing and bubbly, with patience and empathy for others. Must have previous experience with phones, insurances, customer service and be confident on a computer. This position requires the candidate to review the patient's medical chart and insurance to choose the appropriate Specialist for the patient to make sure it will be covered by their insurance. Candidate will also potentially make calls, schedule appointments (if needed), respond to emails from patients, and more. This position requires excellent attention to detail, documentation, the ability to multi-task, and good grammar. Epic software experience preferred. Position starts at $21/hour, with room to grow!
