Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management. Promote retail products through upselling strategies during client consultations. Foster a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business through excellent customer service. Experience Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of hair care products, trends, and techniques. Experience in retail sales within the beauty industry is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport with clients. A valid cosmetology license is required.
