  • The Care Coordinator builds relationships- closely working with clients and caregivers to build strong working bonds
  • Consistently provides excellent customer service to our clients and their families
  • Recruitment of caregivers through utilization of recruitment platforms (e.g. Indeed, Smart Recruiter) and cold calling
  • Schedule and staff caregivers based on client's preferences and the coordinator's knowledge of our care staff
  • Manage clients and staff schedules
  • Ensures that our staff are utilized as best as possible in meeting our company's staffing utilization goals
  • Other duties as assigned Care Coordinator Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to conduct sales and customer services calls and visits to clients Highly effective communication skills in person, on the phone, or via email Computer literate with the ability to learn a variety of software tools Proactive attitude that is solutions oriented Ability to remain calm and perform in a fast-paced work environment Superior organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant industry experience required Fluency in English required, Bilingual preferred
