Job Description

Job Summary Buonora Child Development Centers is a full-service Early Intervention and Early Childhood Program, providing therapeutic and child development services to children, ages 0-3, and their families. Our mission is to provide high-quality and effective services to the children and families of our community, and provide a place where they can feel welcomed, supported, and heard. We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Referral & Intake Coordinator to add to our administrative team. This role is crucial to our organization as it aims to effectively coordinate incoming patient referrals and see that they receive their much needed services in a timely manner. Responsibilities Manage incoming and outgoing referrals efficiently to ensure timely client care. Communicate effectively and maintain positive professional relationships with clients, families, care professionals, service coordinators, and team members. Consistently and proactively monitor staff and client schedules to be up-to-date regarding service availability Communicate regularly with staff members regarding schedules and availability Provide support in the resolution of any issues related to incoming referrals Expectations Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal correspondence Proficient in using office suite software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Child Development, Special Education, Business Administration, Psychology, or other related field Previous experience in a medical/office setting Spanish-speaking level- fluent
