Job Description

Quadrant Health Group is seeking a Clinical Support Technician to power high-quality virtual care in our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you'll support clinicians by managing digital intake, documentation, triage, and follow-up using our modern virtual care platform. You'll coordinate appointments, process patient messages, and ensure accurate EHR data while maintaining strict HIPAA standards. Working in a mission-driven, tech-forward environment, you'll help optimize workflows, support remote patient monitoring, and improve patient engagement. Ideal candidates bring clinical support experience, strong tech comfort, and a passion for better digital care. Responsibilities Provide virtual clinical support to providers during telehealth visits, including intake, documentation, and follow-up tasks Triage patient messages, schedule appointments, and coordinate care using Quadrant Health Group's digital platform Accurately enter and manage patient data in EHR and related systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance Monitor virtual care queues, escalate clinical concerns, and ensure timely responses to patients and clinicians Assist with remote patient monitoring workflows, including data review and alerts routing Support rollout and optimization of new digital tools, features, and workflows for clinicians Collaborate with clinical, product, and support teams to resolve issues impacting patient or provider experience Educate patients on using virtual visit tools, portals, and engagement features Participate in quality improvement initiatives, documenting issues and suggesting process enhancements Maintain up-to-date knowledge of organizational protocols, telehealth regulations, and infection control standards where applicable Required Skills Telehealth platforms Electronic Health Records (EHR) documentation Patient triage and intake workflows Medical terminology HIPAA and data privacy compliance Remote patient monitoring tools Healthcare customer service and call handling Care coordination and scheduling systems Basic data analysis and reporting in healthcare settings Clinical workflow optimization using digital tools
