What We Offer:
Pay range: $32-$35/hour, based on experience and skill level Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off, including vacation and sick days 401(k) with 4% company match Eligibility for our team-wide monthly bonus incentive We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of hands-on treatment planning experience who takes initiative to keep the schedule full, stays organized under pressure, and juggles multiple priorities with ease. What You'll Do:
Patient-Facing Duties Act as the go-to contact for patients regarding treatment plans, walking them through proposed procedures and answering PPO coverage questions Coordinate with insurance providers to obtain benefit breakdowns, helping patients understand what they owe and what's covered Office & Administrative Duties Keep multiple tasks moving at once — including chart audits and scanning Help patients update their medical history and contact details Get digital charts ready ahead of the next day's patient visits Step in to fill last-minute cancellations or schedule gaps Show up each day with a positive, approachable attitude Be dependable and consistent in your day-to-day performance Comfortably navigate various software and tools used in the office
What You Bring:
REQUIRED
3-5 years of experience coordinating treatment in a dental office setting
REQUIRED
Proficiency with Eaglesoft Strong grasp of dental terminology Working knowledge of ADA codes Comfort with PPO insurance processes A knack for creating great patient experiences If patient care is your passion and this sounds like a fit, we'd love to connect with you!
