Preferred Search Group is partnering with a top-rated private dental office in San Diego to find a warm, outgoing, and proactive Hygiene Coordinator to join their growing team! This is an exciting opportunity to join a smaller private practice with a welcoming environment and an established patient base. The ideal candidate will be the friendly face of the front office, helping create an exceptional experience for patients while keeping the hygiene schedule running smoothly. What You'll Do Confirm hygiene patients and assist with confirming some doctor appointments Help fill openings in the hygiene schedule Verify dental insurance Answer incoming phone calls Schedule new patients Assist as a backup Treatment Coordinator for smaller cases Print routing slips for the next business day Help prepare for morning opportunity meetings Assist with mail, scanning, and other administrative tasks What We're Looking For 1-2 years of experience working in a dental office A warm, bubbly, and outgoing personality Excellent communication and people skills Someone who is flexible and enjoys being part of a team Proactive and highly organized Experience with Dentrix is highly preferred Experience with Dental Intel is a huge plus Social media experience is a bonus! Compensation & Benefits Up to $30/hour 5 paid sick days $200/month health insurance stipend Vacation accrual starting from day one 401(k) plan anticipated in 2027

Schedule Monday-Thursday:

6:50 AM-4:00

PM Friday:
