We're seeking a motivated and caring Patient Recovery Specialist to support our mission by ensuring no patient falls through the cracks. In this role, you'll focus on reconnecting with patients who have missed appointments—rescheduling visits and helping them stay on track with their care. You'll also assist with scheduling and contribute to special projects as needed.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent phone and communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus Bilingual (Spanish)
