Role :

As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll be the friendly face and trusted guide for our ortho patients. You will play a critical role in helping patients achieve their best smile by making the financing process smooth, clear, and stress-free, providing excellent patient care, and supporting office operations.

Responsibilities :

Schedule appointments + manage the calendar Present treatment plans in a warm, easy-to-understand way Help with insurance + financial arrangements Work closely with our orthodontists + team for top-tier care Follow up with patients and answer questions with kindness Educate families about braces, aligners, and more Handle concerns with empathy and professionalism

What We're Looking For :

High School Diploma (bonus points for dental/healthcare studies!) 2+ years experience as a dental or ortho financial/treatment coordinator Strong knowledge of insurance + financial planning Availability to work on weekends Positive and friendly attitude Experience with dental terms + patient management software Passion for helping families feel informed and empowered
