We are a privately owned orthodontic practice—not corporate—and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care in a welcoming, relationship-centered environment. Primary Responsibilities Welcome and guide new patients through the initial consultation process Take diagnostic records, including photos and radiographs (panoramic and cephalometric) Review treatment recommendations and answer questions about treatment and appliances Present fees, insurance benefits, and financing options Enter treatment plans into practice management software Coordinate communication with referring dentists and specialists Schedule appointments and manage follow-up with pending starts Assist with additional front office or clinical duties as needed (cross-training provided) Qualifications Prior Treatment Coordinator experience preferred Dental or orthodontic experience is required Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Professional, positive, and confident demeanor Strong organization and attention to detail Comfortable discussing finances and helping patients start treatment Why Join Bohman Orthodontics?
