Job Description

Office Manager/Care Coordinator Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager/Care Coordinator for Outpatient Mental health Practice to oversee the daily operations of our front office and coordinate care services. This is a 1099 contract position offering a performance review at 90 days with potential for pay increase and an annual bonus. The role involves supervising front desk staff, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting provider schedules to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Duties Oversee the daily workflow and operations of the front office to ensure efficiency and professionalism. Supervise, support, and provide clear direction to front desk staff, fostering a positive work environment. Enforce established office policies and procedures across front desk staff and providers, escalating concerns to management when necessary. Coordinate and maintain provider schedules, including managing availability, schedule changes, blocked time, and coverage needs. Support administrative functions related to patient care coordination and office management. Assist in onboarding new staff members and provide ongoing training as needed. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations. Act as a liaison between clients, providers, and staff to facilitate effective communication. Requirements Proven experience in office management or care coordination within an Outpatient Mental Health/Psychiatric office or similar setting preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for supervising staff and coordinating with providers. Ability to enforce policies consistently while maintaining a professional demeanor. Experience with scheduling software or healthcare management systems is advantageous. Basic Knowledge of Self-motivated with the capacity. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle sensitive situations professionally. Pay:
