Thrive Family Chiropractic is a faith-based, family-centered practice specializing in pediatric, prenatal, and family wellness care. We are seeking a Patient Consultation & Scan Technician to support the heart of our clinical process — connecting with patients one-on-one, guiding them through exams and scans, and helping them understand their progress and results. This role is ideal for someone who loves people, conversations, and meaningful work , and who finds fulfillment in watching patients improve over time. About This Role This is not a rushed or transactional position. You will sit with patients individually, listen to their stories, guide them through health history, assist with exams and scans, and ensure their information is documented accurately and thoroughly. You will play a key role in helping patients feel seen, understood, and supported as they begin care and track their progress. What You'll Do Sit one-on-one with patients for health histories and consultations Assist with clinical exams and nervous system scans (training provided) Enter and manage detailed clinical documentation in our EHR Explain processes clearly and calmly to patients and parents Help patients understand next steps in their care journey Track progress and outcomes over time Create a safe, professional, and caring environment for families You'll Thrive in
