This is a hybrid clinical role combining psychotherapy and care coordination . The position may be particularly well suited to an LMSW working toward clinical licensure who wants broad experience rather than a traditional therapy-only caseload. Responsibilities may include providing individual and family psychotherapy, coordinating care for clients with complex behavioral health needs, collaborating with families and community providers, participating in treatment-team meetings, and helping clients access appropriate community resources and services. We work with children, adolescents, adults, and families with a wide range of behavioral health needs. Experience with higher-needs or complex clients is helpful, but we are also interested in candidates whose professional and life experiences contribute to their ability to connect with clients, solve problems, and work effectively with families and treatment teams. We value clinicians who are curious, flexible, comfortable working collaboratively, and interested in understanding the whole person rather than simply treating a diagnosis.

Clinical growth:

This position provides opportunities to accumulate clinical experience toward LCSW licensure. Prism Psychology provides partial reimbursement for approved outside LCSW supervision.

Pay:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
