Insurance Coordinator Snake River Surgical through treatment offered by Dr. Bryan D. Lee, specializes in the surgical care of Jaws, Mouth, and Face. Our purpose is to provide high-quality, safe surgical care to those who seek treatment at our office.

Position Summary:

Insurance Coordinator will be responsible for verification of insurance benefits and data entry into the practice management system. They will oversee multiple aspects of duties relating to insurance, including but not limited to; pre-authorizations, the creation of treatment plans and the presentation of treatment plans to patients, the posting of payments and billing of claims.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contacting insurance companies to verify patient benefits prior to their appointment
• The creation and presentation of Treatment Plans and the ability to answer patient questions that pertain to the outlined plan of treatment
• Offering support to other members of the front office and the ability to provide coverage when other members of the team are out of the office

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is someone looking for a long-term, part-time position. This position is crucial to the success of the practice and punctuality and consistency of work is critical. Snake River Surgical has two practice locations to serve our patients; we have an office located in Rexburg and an office located in Idaho Falls. This position requires travel to both locations.

Additional Qualifications Include:

Effective Communication, including the ability to exhibit soft-skills Ability to utilize different software and navigate basic computer functions and common software programs. A strong work ethic and willingness to problem solve complex problems. Attention to detail. This position requires a highly motivated self-starter, who is able to multi-task and willing to grow within our organization.
