Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in establishing strong Patient relationships through effective communication and proactive outreach. This role involves engaging patients via phone scheduling appointment for our Providers at our busy Elgin location. The Appointment Setter will play a vital role in enhancing Patient engagement and ensuring seamless interactions, contributing to the overall success of our Practice. Responsibilities Initiate outbound calls to prospective Patients using professional phone etiquette to generate interest and schedule appointments. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, updating data entry systems with relevant information promptly. Communicate clearly and effectively with Patients. Manage follow-up communications with potential patients to confirm appointments and gather additional information as needed. Utilize EClinicalWorks EMR software to organize schedules, track progress, and report on outreach activities. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills by prioritizing tasks, managing time effectively, and maintaining a professional demeanor during all interactions. Qualifications Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette and active listening. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English plus additional languages is preferred. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Experience in outbound calling, customer service problem-solving, and client communication strategies. Pay:
$15.50 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 per week
