Yes What you will do: POCT activities to ensure regulatory and internal procedural compliance with CAP and The Joint Commission and to ensure a state of "inspection readiness" Develop and implement validation protocols, internal assessments and competency assessments Direct maintenance of POCT interface Develops and writes section-specific policies and procedures Ensures enforcement of policies and procedures and develops relationships with non-laboratory staff Assists with developing and implementing assessment of operational quality systems, report findings, and devises appropriate action plans Documents policy or procedural deviations and corresponding corrective actions Utilizes statistical process control methods and software to evaluate and ensure compliance of POCT operations and quality systems Directs appropriate documentation of Point of Care Testing quality control procedures and activities including instrument and procedural maintenance and calibrations Resolve technical problems and ensure that remedial actions are taken whenever test systems deviate from the laboratory's established performance specifications. Home base at Evanston Hospital with travel to other Endeavor sites What you will need:Education:
