Primary Essential Functions:

Perform supragingival scaling to help patients maintain optimal oral health Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and reinforce home care recommendations Record treatment recommendations, medical history updates, and clinical notes acurrately Prepare operatories between patient appointments and ensure efficent turnover between patients Assist our doctor team during all aspects of patient care; including diagnostic, restorative, and orthodontic procedures Recording diagnostic treatment recommendations, medical record updates, and clinical records Oversees all sterilization processes, equipment maintenance, tray set-up, operatory set-up/tear down for our clinical departments Capture digital X-rays, iTero Health Scans, and Invisalign Photo Records Daily, weekly, and monthly equipment and operatory maintenance procedures Inventory for all clinical department supplies Lab case management

Success Factors:

Self starter, can work well independently with minimal supervision Must be relational, empathetic, and enjoy connecting with patients High attention to detail is essential Works well within established systems and is able to improve upon them when necessary Comfort in a fast paced environment Able to prioritize tasks A long term desire to create a career in the dental field Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
