Job Tasks:

Create Lasting Impressions:

Welcome new patients, give office tours, and build a comfortable, trusting environment.

Educate & Advocate:

Review the orthodontist's diagnosis and thoroughly explain treatment options, appliances, and what to expect during the patient journey.

Manage Financials:

Present treatment costs, check insurance benefits, and set up in-house payment plans or financing options to make orthodontic treatment comfortable financially.

Collaborate:

Work closely with our clinical team and orthodontist to ensure a seamless and efficient patient experience.

Follow Up:

Track prospective patients and manage consultation pipelines to maximize treatment acceptance.

What You Need:

Experience:

1-3 years in a dental/orthodontic office, medical billing, or high-end sales role.

Communication Skills:

Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to comfortably explain complex information.

Organization:

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple treatment plans and scheduling timelines simultaneously.

Tech Savviness:

Familiarity with dental/orthodontic practice management software.
