We diagnose exceptional dentistry every day. We need someone exceptional to close it. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role. You will present every treatment plan that comes out of this practice — for both providers — and your case acceptance rate will be the number that defines your performance. We are building a new treatment coordination model at Groth Dental — the systems, the scripts, the follow-up cadence, and the financial conversation framework are all being designed now. The right person for this role wants to be part of that build, not just inherit a process someone else created. If you have strong instincts about what great case presentation looks like and want a practice that will actually let you implement them, we want to talk. What This Role Owns Every treatment plan presentation. Both providers, every patient, every time. No patient with a diagnosed treatment plan leaves without sitting down with you first. The financial conversation. You walk patients through their insurance estimate, out-of-pocket costs, and all financing options including CareCredit and Sunbit. You make it easy to say yes. Same-day conversion. Before any patient with a treatment plan walks out, you make a genuine attempt to get them started today. You check the schedule, you make the ask, every time. High-production doctor scheduling. Crowns, cosmetic cases, Invisalign, complex restorative — you own the scheduling of these procedures. These are the production blocks that protect the practice's daily revenue target. The pending treatment list. Patients who don't schedule go on the list. You follow up at one week, one month, and three months. This list gets worked every week without exception. AR follow-up across the practice. You own accounts receivable follow-up for outstanding patient balances. Nothing sits at 60 days without action. Pre-authorization management. You know what every procedure requires, you initiate it in advance, and you never let a clinical delay happen because paperwork wasn't handled. What This Job Offers A practice worth representing. You need to read a treatment plan, speak to insurance benefits, and understand clinical sequencing well enough to answer a patient's questions with confidence. Comfortable with money. You talk about fees, financing, and patient portions every day. This cannot be something you soften out of discomfort. A closer who feels like a trusted advisor. You ask for the decision directly. You assume yes and offer a choice. You do not wait for the patient to bring it up — and you do it in a way that feels caring, not pushy. Accountable to a number. You do not deflect when case acceptance drops. You look at what happened and adjust. This is not a role for someone who prefers not to be measured. A builder.
