  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Ready to be the MVP of patient care transitions? Here's where the magic happens:
  • Be the
First Responder:
  • Catch new referrals coming in via phone, fax, and computer—you're the gatekeeper to great care!
  • Data Entry Ninja:
  • Enter patient demographics and referral information into our system with speed and accuracy. Think of it as building the foundation for excellent care.
  • Insurance Detective:
  • Work with our Billing department to crack the code on insurance coverage and get patients the support they need.
  • Care Coordination Guru:
  • Help orchestrate smooth patient care transitions and keep the home care journey running seamlessly.
  • Communication Champion:
  • Connect with physicians, nurses, case managers, and the public—you're the bridge that makes everything work together. Qualifications
  • What We're Looking For
  • Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED required Minimum two (2) years of intake, customer service, or billing experience Home Health Care intake or billing experience is a plus College-level coursework in business preferred
  • Skills & Knowledge:
  • General knowledge of medical coding and medical terminology Advanced computer skills with strong keyboard proficiency Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Epic experience is a bonus Proven ability to analyze and improve intake procedures
  • Personal Qualities:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills Natural leadership abilities Professional and courteous demeanor with all internal and external customers Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
