East Bay Pet Hospital is looking for a Kennel Technician to join our team! At East Bay, we know pets are family. Our goal is to provide compassionate, high-quality care to every patient who comes through our doors. Behind that care is a team that works together to keep our patients comfortable, our hospital clean and organized, and our days running smoothly. As a Kennel Technician, you'll play an important role in supporting our patients and veterinary team.
Responsibilities may include:
Basic patient care: feeding, watering, walking & comfort Kennel & hospital cleaning/disinfection Laundry & dishes Stocking & organization Assisting VAs & LVTs with basic patient care Patient transport Supporting the team as needed Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, compassionate, and eager to learn. Our ideal candidate loves animals but also understands that working in veterinary medicine means being willing to get your hands dirty! You'll be on your feet, cleaning up after patients, handling animals with different personalities, and helping wherever you're needed. Previous veterinary experience is not required — we are willing to train the right person!
