Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll do: Play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality service standards for residents Oversee our team of Resident Assistants and monitor staffing levels to ensure shifts are filled. Schedule your team while adhering to budgeted hours. Monitor the services dashboard and completion of daily assignments. Provide immediate feedback and support to the Resident Assistants for the daily/weekly schedule, assisting with plans for coverage of scheduled shifts as needed. Step in when necessary to assist with resident care.
What you will need:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a nursing scheduler, or 2-3 years as a nursing assistant in assisted living, long-term care, or similar experience with seniors Past supervisory experience is preferred Benefits Available to
