Springview Assisted Living is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and organized Care Coordinator to join our team! This position plays an important role in ensuring our residents receive excellent care while supporting our caregivers and daily operations. The ideal candidate is someone who loves working with seniors, communicates well, takes initiative, and enjoys being part of a team.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and oversee daily resident care needs
• Communicate with residents, families, caregivers , management, physicians and pharmacists.
• Assist with care plans, resident documentation, and follow up needs
• Verify staff certifications (CPR, continuing education CEUs) make sure they stay up to date
• Monitor resident changes and ensure concerns are addressed promptly
• Support caregivers and help maintain quality of care
• Assist with training and staff communication
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
• Arrange coverage for callouts if needed
• Help maintain a positive, respectful environment for residents and staff

Qualifications:

• Previous assisted living, healthcare, CNA, or senior care experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently
• Compassionate attitude and genuine desire to serve seniors
