Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our dedicated team. As a key liaison between our office and our patients, you will help guide them through their treatment options with empathy and understanding, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. Key Responsibilities Build trust with patients, especially those who are anxious or hesitant about treatment. Clearly and empathetically explain treatment plans, costs, and scheduling options. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and care delivery. Maintain accurate and organized records of patient interactions and treatment plans. Advocate for patient needs while upholding Thrive Family Dental's mission of prioritizing care over profit. Contribute to a team culture that promotes kindness, understanding, and growth. What We're Looking For A naturally empathetic individual who thrives in helping others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with anxious patients. A mindset of seeing the best in people and fostering positive relationships. Prior experience in dental treatment coordination is required. Passion for being part of a supportive, team-oriented culture. History of helping coordinate care for Full mouth rehab, large implant cases, esthetic makeovers, and implant dentures.
