All Star Smiles Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic full-time Treatment Coordinator to join their award-winning team. Enjoy a 4-day workweek, approximately 32-36 hours for a full-time employee. How You'll Make an Impact Creating Exceptional First Impressions
  • This begins with the new patient call. Welcome new patients with warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for their orthodontic journey. Patient Appointment Scheduling
  • managing appointments for new and returning patients utilizing the appropriate scheduling templates. Patient Appointment Status
  • Confirm that appointment reminders are being sent out, follow-up with unconfirmed appointments, and reschedule no-shows. Practice Growth
  • Ensure that the schedule accounts for the appropriate amount of doctor time, filling openings as necessary and discussing any major changes with the clinical team. Professional Communication
  • Generate correspondence for referring dentists and maintain detailed patient records. Community Outreach
  • Participating in practice events, maintaining referring doctor relationships. Presenting patient contracts
  • Making sure patients understand their financial options and obligations, understanding and coordinating benefits, posting payments.
The Teammate We're Looking For Dental or orthodontic office experience preferred. Retail, banking or teaching experience also favored. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; proficiency with orthodontic management software systems is an asset. Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.
