About Our Practice Scioto Orthodontics is a patient-focused orthodontic office dedicated to creating confident smiles in a welcoming and supportive environment. Our team values professionalism, positivity, and excellent patient care. We strive to be the best part of our patients' day. We are seeking a motivated and organized Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. Position Overview The Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator is responsible for guiding new and existing patients through the treatment process—from the initial consultation through financial arrangements and scheduling. This role is key to ensuring patients understand their treatment options and feel confident moving forward with care. Key Responsibilities Welcome and guide new patients through the orthodontic consultation process Present treatment plans and explain orthodontic procedures clearly and confidently Discuss financial options, insurance benefits, and payment plans Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up appointments Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Collaborate with the orthodontist and clinical team to ensure smooth case acceptance Follow up with prospective patients regarding treatment decisions Provide outstanding customer service and build long-term patient relationships Qualifications Previous dental or orthodontic experience preferred Experience with treatment coordination, patient consultations, or case presentation is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable discussing financial arrangements and insurance Proficiency with dental practice management software preferred How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed or email it to dankelly@crawfordsmiles.com. Pay:
$25.00 - $33.00 per hour
