Responsibilities Collaborate with dentists and patients to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Explain treatment options clearly to patients, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Manage patient records efficiently using Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Patient Management Software to ensure accuracy and confidentiality. Coordinate scheduling of treatments, and financial arrangements with patients and insurance providers. Provide exceptional customer service by phone and in person, fostering a welcoming environment for all patients. Requirements Experience in a dental office preferred Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dental care and treatment planning. Excellent communication skills for phone interactions and client engagement, demonstrating patience and clarity. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of patient information following privacy laws and regulations. Typing skills with high accuracy for efficient data entry and record keeping.
