What You'll Do:

Provide care management services to individuals in recovery Assist in developing support networks and access to community resources Maintain accurate documentation and assessments Collaborate with healthcare providers and support organizations

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma/GED required Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) or willingness to obtain within 6 months Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for helping others achieve their recovery goals Make an Impact Today!
