Job Description

Position Overview:
The Aesthetics Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between clients and the clinic, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from initial contact through post-treatment follow-up. We are seeking a polished professional with with experience in the aesthetics industry. Knowledge of skin care, cosmetic procedures and the ability to drive sales is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Aesthetics Coordination:
Educate clients on available aesthetic treatments, pre- and post-care instructions, and answer related questions. Coordinate with medical and aesthetic staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist in managing inventory levels of skincare products and promotional materials. Stay updated on new treatments and technologies to assist with client inquiries and scheduling. Drive aesthetic bookings and membership sales within the practice.
Client Relationship Management:
Follow up with clients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Handle client feedback, complaints, or issues with professionalism and empathy. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Front Desk Operations:
Warmly greet and check in clients, ensuring a welcoming environment. Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments, optimizing provider calendars. Process client check-outs, handle payments, and manage point-of-sale transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in aesthetics or customer service is a plus. Proven experience (at least 5 years) in medical aesthetics office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in computer systems and software, including scheduling and billing systems. Professional appearance and demeanor, maintaining confidentiality and discretion. Knowledge of skincare, beauty treatments, or medical aesthetics is a must.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with scheduling and inventory management. Knowledge of dermatology terminology and aesthetic treatments. Knowledge of software systems like Mind Body or Boulevard is a plus. Familiarity with social media marketing and photography.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 - 40.0 per week
