Naperville, IL | Hybrid options available Clove Counseling is a growing private practice deeply rooted in the belief that healing begins in safe, inclusive, and emotionally attuned spaces. We specialize in working with couples, families, and individuals—particularly those impacted by childhood trauma—and are currently expanding our team! We're looking to bring on clinicians who are passionate about providing relational, trauma-informed care in the following areas:
Family Therapists :
Skilled in navigating the complexities of multi-generational dynamics and systemic work.
Children's Therapists :
Play-based, expressive, or developmentally attuned clinicians who love working with kids and caregivers. Clinicians with
Experience Supporting Neurodivergent Clients :
Whether through individual work, parent support, or collaborative care, we value clinicians who can meet neurodiverse clients with curiosity, flexibility, and compassion.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
An active clinical license in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT) or are license-eligible A background or strong interest in trauma-informed care, relational models, or attachment-based work A desire to work in a collaborative and supportive environment with autonomy and flexibility Openness to working in-person at our Naperville location at least part-time
