We Handle the Operations. Gemas Psychotherapy and Counseling Services is a growing group practice serving clients throughout California via telehealth and in-person at our Torrance office. We are seeking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) who are committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and client-centered care within a structured and supportive practice environment. At Gemas, clinicians are able to focus fully on therapy while our team manages the administrative and operational responsibilities. What You Will Do Provide individual therapy Provide couples and family therapy Work with children and adolescents if desired Provide services in-person and/or via telehealth Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Deliver high-quality care aligned with ethical and professional standards Schedule Expectations We collaborate with you to create a schedule that aligns with your availability and goals. Because many clients request after-work appointments, clinicians are expected to offer one evening per week to support client access. Our goal is to build sustainable schedules that support both client care and clinician work-life balance. Compensation $70 per clinical session Compensation is paid per completed clinical session.
