Duties:
Answering clients inquiry calls, respond to text or email inquires. Knowledable about mental health services, types, and explaining risks and benefits. Comfortable setting fees and offer payment options. Familiar with insurance billing, reimbursement process. Coordinate clients' and clinicians' time. Schedule clients session and monitor payment process, submit insurance claims, and communicate with insurance companies if necessary. Manage electronic health records (EHR) accurately, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards. Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health support for patients with acute mental health conditions or substance use disorders. Email confirmation for sessions and frequently check up documentation completion. Engage in team building or martketing and outreach events. Requirements Proven client care coordinator experience with a focus on behavioral health or mental health services; art therapy knowledge is a plus. Experience working at private practice or group practice is highly desirable. Strong background in multicultural clients care, Mandarin, Cantonese speaking is a plus. Knowledge of psychological and therapy terminology and clinical case management principles related to mental health. Skilled in patient assessment, diagnostic evaluation, discharge planning, and working with diverse populations, including children and individuals. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems, HIPAA compliance, and electronic health records management. Excellent communication skills for client interaction, family collaboration, and community resource coordination. Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality patient service and care standards.
