We understand mental health as shaped not only by individual experience, but by social, cultural, and systemic realities. Our work emphasizes authentic, collaborative therapeutic relationships rooted in empathy, deep listening, and respect for each client's identity and lived experience. Position Overview We are seeking psychotherapists (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC) to provide outpatient therapy across: Midtown Manhattan (hybrid) Nassau County (Mineola/Garden City) (virtual currently) Albany (virtual currently) This role begins part-time and transitions to full-time as caseload builds. Responsibilities Provide psychotherapy to individuals, and when appropriate, couples and families Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely clinical documentation Manage a consistent caseload and schedule independently Apply trauma-informed, relational, identity-affirming, and integrative approaches Adhere to clinical, administrative, and ethical standards Engage in supervision, consultation, and ongoing professional development Screen potential clients to ensure appropriateness of fit and scope of practice Develop and maintain a professional presence that supports caseload growth, including participation in marketing and visibility efforts such as online profiles, social media, and related outreach activities Contribute to the growth and development of the practice through collaborative projects and team-based efforts Qualifications NYS license or limited permit (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC) 1-3+ years of clinical experience preferred Experience with outpatient and/or insurance based practice preferred Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to manage a consistent caseload with reliability Comfort with both autonomous work and collaborative practice-building efforts Ideal Candidate Values relational, humanistic, and insight-oriented psychotherapy Comfortable working with identity, trauma, and systemic influences Organized, self-directed, and accountable Interested in building a stable, ongoing caseload Willing to participate in marketing and practice visibility efforts in a professional and thoughtful way Compensation Compensation ranges $50-$55 per clinical hour depending on experience. Benefits Eligibility This position begins part-time while building a caseload. Full-time status, including eligibility for health, dental, vision, and PTO, is available to clinicians maintaining approximately 30 client sessions per week .
