Full-time Shift(s): Tues-Sat What does a Resident Care Coordinator at Sagora do? Plan and delegate work assignments, ensuring effective scheduling Facilitate and encourage family involvement with residents Assist in the coordination of resident move-ins and move-outs and orientation of new residents to the community, ensuring a smooth transition for the resident and family Investigate resident and associate incidents, identify safety hazards, and institute corrective actions in a timely manner in coordination with the Resident Services Director Monitor resident service plans, record information to determine the quality of service to residents, and direct staff to implement needed changes Coordinate wellness activities and participate in the resident activity program Work with other members of the management team to market and manage the community Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in management and agency surveys Other duties as assigned What do you need to be a Resident Care Coordinator? Licensed CNA or CMA, preferred but not required Prior experience with senior adults and knowledge of regulations pertaining to assisted living communities preferred Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and associates Strong written communication and computer skills Sagora does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies or fee based recruitment services.
