You will own the department's operational performance, partnering with the COO, doctors, lead hygienist, and administrative team. What you bring Demonstrated dental office management or dental operations leadership experience. A strong understanding of hygiene scheduling, recare, reactivation, and patient retention. Experience coaching teams and holding people accountable with clarity and respect. Confidence interpreting production reports and turning findings into action. Strong organization, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Professional communication and a calm, solutions-focused approach.
