Contract Job Duties:
Maintain and administer payer, managed care, and PPO contracts, including rates, reimbursement terms, amendments, renewals, and effective dates. Analyze payer contracts, reimbursement rates, payments, and financial data to identify discrepancies, underpayments, revenue leakage, and opportunities to maximize reimbursement. Maintain and validate managed care contract and reimbursement information within Epic, ensuring system configuration aligns with contractual terms. Manage and coordinate provider enrollment applications, payer documentation, credentialing requirements, and enrollment status with insurance companies and managed care organizations. Conduct payer and market research to support contract evaluation, reimbursement analysis, negotiations, and strategic decision-making. Work with Finance, Revenue Cycle, Billing, Credentialing, Managed Care, and other teams to resolve contract/reimbursement issues and prepare reports and analyses for leadership.
Job Requirements:
2+ years Provider, payor, and credentialing enrollment experience 2+ years experience in either a hospital or payor/managed care reimbursement environment Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field EPIC contract maintenance/EPIC contract bill/EPIC reimbursement contract experience Enrollment application/documentation

Day Shift 8:00 am - 5:00 pm 5x8 40 hours Per week SAL01
Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
