We serve children, teens, and adults through comprehensive neuropsychological and psychological assessments, 19-point qEEG brain mapping, neurofeedback, and personalized therapeutic services. At ARC, we prioritize exceptional patient care, operational excellence, and the use of cutting-edge, evidence-informed technologies—while continuously improving how we serve families and support our team. Job Overview We're hiring a Front Desk Receptionist who will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role requires exceptional professionalism, personality, punctuality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks without sacrificing patient service. Responsibilities Client Reception & Hospitality:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors warmly, creating a calm, professional, and supportive first impression.
Appointment Check-In & Direction:
Check in clients, brief them on what to expect during their visit, notify clinicians of client readiness, and help ensure smooth appointment flow.
Phone & Inquiry Management:
Answer and route incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette; educate callers on ARC's care journey, policies, and next steps.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments and calendars to optimize clinic workflows and minimize delays.
Administrative & Records Support:
Perform accurate data entry, scanning, filing, and inventory tracking; maintain organized and up-to-date office and EMR records.
Documentation Support:
Assist with EMR document maintenance and preparation of required reports and forms.
Office Readiness:
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby environment; ensure supplies and materials are fully stocked.
Communication & Liaison:
Handle email and phone correspondence and serve as a professional liaison between clients, clinicians, and staff.
Team Collaboration:
Attend weekly staff meetings and provide administrative support across the clinic as needed. Qualifications Prior front desk or receptionist experience; healthcare or behavioral health experience strongly preferred.
