Job Description
Our Orthodontic Treatment Coordinators manage patient care, treatment plans, and communication between patients, orthodontists, and insurance providers to ensure smooth and effective orthodontic treatment.
Key Responsibilities Patient Interaction:
Meet with new and existing patients to discuss orthodontic needs, explain treatment options, and guide them through each stage of care.Treatment Plan Coordination:
Schedule and manage appointments, monitor treatment progress, and ensure patients follow prescribed plans.Financial Management:
Present treatment costs, explain payment plans, handle insurance verification, and assist patients with financial arrangements.Communication Liaison:
Serve as the primary point of contact between patients, orthodontists, and insurance companies, ensuring clear and timely communication.Administrative Duties:
Maintain patient records, coordinate referrals, and support internal accounting or office workflow systems.Patient Education:
Provide guidance on oral hygiene, appliance care, and post-treatment instructions to ensure successful outcomes Indeed.Required Skills and Qualifications Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to explain complex treatment plans and address patient concerns.Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple schedules, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently.Knowledge of Orthodontics:
