Job Description

The Treatment Coordinator at Red Square Dental and Orthodontics is responsible for guiding patients through their treatment plans, ensuring financial clarity, and coordinating care from approval to scheduling. This role plays a key part in case acceptance and overall patient satisfaction.

Primary Duties:

Create and present comprehensive treatment plans to patients. Submit insurance authorizations and follow up to ensure timely approvals. Schedule approved treatments efficiently and coordinate with clinical staff. Discuss financial options with patients, including payment plans and financing. Ensure patients fully understand their treatment and financial responsibilities. Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans and case status. Follow up with patients regarding pending or unscheduled treatment. Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations and team objectives.

Pay:

$13.00 - $16.00 per hour
