Job description: Dental Front Desk
  • Treatment Coordinator Are you a persuasive, relationship-driven professional who makes things happen?

If so, we want you to join our team! We're an established, privately-owned, faith-based dental practice focused on patient care and outcomes
  • not a corporate chain or nameless mill. We're in an exciting growth chapter under new ownership, with a clear vision for what this practice can become. We need a Dental Front Desk
  • Treatment Coordinator who is highly skilled in patient communication, scheduling efficiency, dental insurance, and ensuring every patient receives the highest level of care.
This role is critical in helping patients understand the value of their dental care, overcoming scheduling obstacles, and ensuring they follow through with necessary treatment. Our team is committed to providing an outstanding patient experience in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong patient relationships and create a welcoming, positive experience Answer incoming calls and effectively handle new patient inquiries Present treatment plans in a way that encourages patient acceptance and understanding Overcome scheduling objections and educate patients on the importance of completing treatment Keep hygiene and doctor schedules full and ensure patients stay on track with their preventive care Process patient paperwork, oversee insurance process, and billing coordination Monitor emails and follow up on unscheduled treatment plans Maintain a deep understanding of dental procedures and terminology, including implants
What We Are Looking For:
Previous dental front office experience is required Experience with Dentrix required Deep understanding of Dental Insurance
  • Verifications, estimates Excellent communication and sales skills
  • ability to guide patient decisions with professionalism and empathy Strong multitasking abilities
  • comfortable handling multiple priorities in a busy office Commitment to patient care
